This museum is housed inside what was, from 1903 to 1973, the county government and administration building and courthouse. One of the managers was shot here by a worker who thought he been shorted on his paycheck, his ghost is said to remain on the grounds. In the manager's former department, security guards say there is a troubled presence that manifests at night, and they try to give the area a wide berth while making their rounds.
